1 General Terms
1.1. The contest “Calculate as much as you want? together with ESTO” (hereinafter – the Contest) is a marketing and consumer engagement activity with free participation, organized to promote audience involvement and brand awareness, and takes place from May 4, 2026 to May 28, 2026 (inclusive) (hereinafter – the Contest period).

1.2. The organizer of the Contest is SIA “Skonto Reklāma”, registration No. 40003682127, legal address Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 100, Riga, LV-1013 (hereinafter – the Organizer), which is responsible for organizing, administering, and ensuring compliance with the rules, insofar as provided by applicable laws.

1.3. The Contest is not organized as gambling or a lottery within the meaning of applicable laws, and participation is free of charge.

1.4. The Contest is organized in cooperation with a third party, ESTO (hereinafter – the Cooperation Partner), which provides the prizes; however, the Organizer is not responsible for the partner’s activities, service quality, or obligations, except where required by law.

1.5. By participating in the Contest, the participant confirms through their actions that they have read, understood, accept, and agree to comply with these rules (hereinafter – the Rules).

1.6. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time at its discretion, in compliance with applicable laws, including for security, fairness, or legal reasons.

2 Participation Procedure
2.1. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge and is open to any natural person who meets the requirements set out in these Rules.

2.2. To participate, the participant must complete all of the following during the Contest period, ensuring accuracy and completeness:

2.2.1. register in the “SKONTOTEV” mobile app with true and current data;
2.2.2. fill in the Contest application form in the “Contests” section;
2.2.3. upload a bill in PDF format (hereinafter – the Application).

2.3. By submitting the Application, the participant legally guarantees that:

2.3.1. the submitted bill is authentic and not falsified or manipulated and reflects a real transaction;
2.3.2. the participant has the right to use and submit the document;
2.3.3. the submitted content does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, trade secrets, or data protection rights;
2.3.4. the bill does not contain personal data whose processing would be prohibited or disproportionate.

2.4. The Organizer has the right, without prior notice or obligation to provide detailed reasoning, to verify Applications, request additional information, and disqualify participants in case of non-compliance or suspected misconduct.

2.5. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, submitting falsified documents, using automated participation methods, creating multiple accounts, or any action affecting fair competition.

3 Determination and Announcement of Winners
3.1. Winners are selected from all valid Applications in accordance with the Rules using a random selection process ensuring fairness.

3.2. The Organizer ensures documentation and internal auditability of the selection process.

3.3. Winners are announced on RADIO SKONTO every Friday in May 2026 and possibly through other communication channels.

3.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide required information within 10 working days, the prize is returned to the Cooperation Partner.

3.5. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal, except where restricted by law.

4 Prize
4.1. Each winner receives a €150 electronic gift card (hereinafter – the Prize) provided by the Cooperation Partner.

4.2. The Prize is independent of the bill amount and cannot be increased or modified.

4.3. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable, and not transferable.

4.4. The Organizer is not responsible for the terms of use, limitations, or service quality related to the Prize.

4.5. The risk of accidental damage or loss transfers to the winner upon delivery.

5 Publicity and Intellectual Property
5.1. By participating, the participant grants the Organizer the right to use their identity elements (e.g., name, voice, image, statements) for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

5.2. These rights are granted without territorial or time limitations, insofar as permitted by law.

6 Personal Data Processing
6.1. The data controller is the Organizer.

6.2. Personal data is processed based on legal grounds including contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and contest administration.

6.3. Participants have all rights under GDPR, including access, correction, and deletion of data.

7 Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation, including technical issues, data loss, or third-party actions.

8 Force Majeure
8.1. The Organizer is not liable for failure or delay due to force majeure circumstances beyond its control.

9 Final Provisions
9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

9.2. The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

9.3. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
