GENERAL RULES FOR CONTESTS, PROMOTIONS, AND/OR GAMES
SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPA (hereinafter – SMG) organizes contests, promotions, games, and prize draws (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”). SMG includes: FitFM Ltd., registration number 40003725394 (LOUNGE FM), Radio Skonto Vidzeme Ltd., registration number 44103073329 (Radio Skonto Plus), Radio TEV Ltd., registration number 44103072732 (Radio TEV), RADIO SKONTO LV Ltd., registration number 44103054510 (Radio Skonto). Hereinafter collectively referred to as the ORGANIZERS, and individually as the ORGANIZER.
Contest locations may be on the territory of Latvia and in places worldwide where SKONTO MEDIA GROUP radio stations can be listened to via online streaming, as well as through the websites www.skontotev.lv, radioskonto.lv, radiotev.lv, radioskontoplus.lv, lounge-fm.lv, radio9.lv, the social media of SMG radio stations, or the SKONTO TEV mobile app.
Contests take place on the air of SKONTO MEDIA GROUP radio stations, on websites, social media, and the mobile app. Anyone who meets the contest conditions can participate. For contests conducted on the radio airwaves, all listeners who meet the contest requirements and have not won other ORGANIZERS’ contests in the last 30 days may participate.
A contest participant (listener, user) gains the right to receive a prize by fulfilling the contest conditions, creating a profile in the SKONTO TEV app, and providing an address for prize delivery. The prize is only the one for which the contest was held. The prize’s value is non-refundable to either party if the winner is dissatisfied with the prize. ORGANIZERS are not responsible for prize quality, do not provide product warranties, and do not offer servicing. Prizes are not exchangeable or replaceable.
ORGANIZERS will either deliver the prize to the winner within 14 days after the contest ends or inform the winner about the place, method, and time for prize collection. The winner must claim the prize within 14 days. Prizes not claimed within this period will be donated to charity and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
The prize must be collected personally by the winner upon presentation of an ID or by an authorized person according to applicable regulations. If another person wishes to collect the prize and the ORGANIZER has not been informed, the ORGANIZER has the right to refuse prize issuance.
If the contest winner or prize recipient does not meet the contest conditions and/or fails to comply with them, they may be disqualified by the unilateral decision of the ORGANIZERS and denied the prize.
ORGANIZERS reserve the right to extend the contest duration at their discretion.
By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that if they win, their name, voice, or image may be used in any RADIO PROGRAM of the ORGANIZERS or in advertising materials, publications on the ORGANIZERS’ websites, and social media related to the contest without additional financial or other compensation. By accepting the prize, the participant grants free consent to such use.
Decisions made by the ORGANIZERS’ management related to the contest are final and not subject to appeal.
