In the international gastronomy guide "Michelin Guide", 35 Latvian restaurants have been included in 2027, including 12 new restaurants, as well as the restaurants "John Chef's Hall" and "Max Cekot Kitchen", which have retained one star, as reported by representatives of the "Michelin Guide" to the agency LETA.
The "Bib Gourmand" awards, given to restaurants that offer excellent food at an affordable price, are retained by the restaurants "H.E. Vanadziņš", "Milda", "SMØR Bistro", "Shōyu", "Snatch", and two more restaurants have joined them - "Baltā Kaza" and "Café Mimosa".
It has been previously reported that last October, 34 Latvian restaurants were included in the "Michelin" guide, while the restaurants "John Chef's Hall" and "Max Cekot Kitchen" retained one star each. Of the restaurants included in the guide, 27 are located in Riga, while seven are elsewhere in Latvia.
