SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPA is one of the largest radio groups in Latvia, managing 5 radio stations and digital media platforms. We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist who will help grow the audience of our radio stations and strengthen brand presence in the digital environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- working with radio station brands and increasing their recognition
- creating, managing, and promoting content for websites, mobile apps, and social media
- analyzing digital activity results and increasing the audience and reach of the radio stations
- creating visual materials, video ads, content, and copy for radio stations
- developing and coordinating cooperation activities with radio partners

We expect from you: - experience working with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) and understanding of SEO principles
- skills in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and AI tools
- interest in advertising trends and industry updates
a creative approach and initiative in developing digital activities - the ability to communicate confidently in Latvian, English, and Russian
- motivation to work and a strong sense of responsibility

The role may occasionally require working on weekends, holidays, evenings, or attending off-site events.
Salary: from 1600 to 2400 EUR, depending on skills, responsibilities, and experience.
