WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADVERTISING PROJECT SALES MANAGER (with B2B experience)

What you will be responsible for:

Conducting the sales process according to the client's needs and the employer's interests – calls, emails, meetings.

Preparing offers, presenting them, concluding contracts and implementing sold advertising projects.

Achieving individual sales revenue targets.

Actively attracting new clients.

Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing clients.

Advising advertisers on advertising solutions across radio channels and digital platforms.

Regularly evaluating and reporting on work results.

What we expect from you:

Proven experience in B2B sales and project management.

Initiative, ability to set priorities and willingness to take responsibility.

A solution-oriented approach, excellent customer service skills.

Ability to independently prepare and present content.

Strong professional communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of various sales techniques and strategies.

Ability and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to sell in Latvian, English and/or Russian.

Good computer skills and digital competencies.
