SMG is looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPA is one of the largest radio groups in Latvia, managing 5 radio stations and digital media platforms. We are looking for a creative and analytical marketing specialist who will help grow the audience of our radio stations and strengthen brand presence in the digital environment.

We will entrust you with:

• working with radio station brands and increasing their recognition;
• creating visual materials, video advertisements, content, and texts for radio stations;
• creating, administering, and promoting content for websites, apps, and social media;
• analyzing digital activity results and contributing to the growth of audience reach and engagement;
• creating and coordinating cooperation activities with radio partners.

  We expect from you:
• experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) and understanding of SEO principles;
• skills in working with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and AI;
• interest in advertising trends and innovations;
• a creative approach and initiative in developing digital activities;
• the ability to communicate confidently and create texts in Latvian, English, and Russian;
• willingness to work and a strong sense of responsibility.

Full-time work in Riga, at Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 100.

The position may occasionally require work on weekends, holidays, evenings, or business trips.
