WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADVERTISING PROJECT SALESPERSON (with B2B experience)

We will entrust you with:

• Conducting the sales process according to the client's needs and employer's interests – calls, emails, meetings.
• Preparing proposals, presenting them, closing deals, implementing sold advertising projects.
• Achieving your individual sales revenue plan.
• Active work in attracting new clients.
• Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing clients.
• Consulting advertisers on advertising solutions in SKONTO MEDIA GROUP's radio channels and digital platforms.
• Regularly evaluating and reporting the results of completed work.

We expect from you:

• Convincing experience in B2B sales and project management; sales experience in the advertising field will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of various sales techniques and strategies.
  Initiative, ability to set priorities, willingness to take responsibility.
• A solution-oriented approach in attitude and action.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to independently prepare and present content.
• Professional communication and argumentation skills.
• Willingness to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to sell in Latvian, English and/or Russian.
• Good computer literacy and digital competencies.
