WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADVERTISING PROJECT SALES MANAGER (with B2B experience)

Your responsibilities:

·         Managing the sales process according to client needs and company interests – calls, emails, meetings

·         Preparing offers, presenting them, closing deals, and executing sold advertising projects

·         Achieving individual sales targets

·         Actively acquiring new clients

·         Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients

·         Consulting advertisers on advertising solutions in radio channels and digital platforms

·         Regularly evaluating and reporting on work results

We expect from you:

·         Proven experience in B2B sales and project management

·         Initiative, ability to prioritize, and willingness to take responsibility

·         Solution-oriented mindset and excellent customer service

·         Ability to independently prepare and present content

·         Strong communication and argumentation skills

·         Knowledge of various sales techniques and strategies

·         Ability to work independently and in a team

·         Ability to sell in Latvian, English, and/or Russian

·         Good computer skills and digital competencies
