It Will Get a Bit Cooler at the Beginning of November
As November begins, the air temperature in Latvia will gradually decrease, according to forecasts from the meteorological agency LETA.
From November 4, the probability of wet snow will increase, and gusty winds are expected at times next week. At the beginning of the week, the thermometer may still rise to +10 degrees in some places, while by the second half of the week, nighttime temperatures could drop to -5 degrees. Ice may form on the roads.
According to data from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, the air temperature in Latvia is expected to drop one to two degrees below the norm in the next week and the week after. The amount of precipitation is forecasted to be close to the long-term average.
