The Blackheads House Audioguide Expanded with Four More Foreign Languages
The Blackheads House audioguide has been expanded with four more foreign languages, informed the public relations specialist of SIA "Rīgas nami" Jānis Bunte to the agency LETA.
The Blackheads House, enhancing the visitor experience, has expanded its audioguide language range to 13 languages. This year, four more languages have been added to the existing ones - Spanish, Danish, Swedish, and now also Ukrainian.
Thus, an increasingly wider range of foreign guests has the opportunity to explore the rich history, legends, and traditions of the Blackheads Brotherhood in their own language and at a comfortable pace.
Currently, the Blackheads House audioguide is available in Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish, Finnish, German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, and Ukrainian.
Every year, more than 110,000 guests visit the Blackheads House, and approximately one in seven chooses to learn about the house's history with the help of the audioguide.
The audioguide offers a journey from the 14th century to the present day, allowing visitors to discover the history of the Blackheads House accompanied by the character of Johan Brenner.
His narration reveals the daily life of the Blackheads Brotherhood, the life of merchants, the historical events of the house and Riga, legends, and secrets.
