Ignitis introduces a charge for idle time at charging stations

To reduce unnecessary occupation of charging spots and improve station accessibility, from October 19, a charge for idle time will be applied at all Ignitis ON fast (DC) and ultra-fast (HPC) charging stations in Latvia.
The charge is applied if the vehicle remains connected to the station for more than 20 minutes after the end of the charging session. This allows time to complete your business and return to the vehicle to free up space for the next user.
If the electric vehicle remains connected for more than 20 minutes after the end of charging, an idle charge of 0.10 EUR will be applied for each subsequent minute.
